Welcome! I am the lead developer of OE Companion, a web-based suite of add-on products for QuickBooks Online Edition. Most importantly, I am a long-time user of Quickbooks Online. I love QBOE, yet it is missing a few features I needed for my business. I could never find any suitable third-party add-ons, so I built my own. Yeah, but still only Firefox on windows. They keep talking about getting out of that particular rut and supporting us Mac users, but I haven't heard a specific date yet. Will you support other platforms?
Excellent point. I have not tried to access QBOE with a Mac lately.
As for OE Companion, it absolutely supports multiple browsers on multiple platforms. As long as your browser supports JavaScript, you should be in good shape. I am sure there will be some quirks to iron out, but that is what beta tests are for. :-)
