Document Management for QuickBooks Online Edition

If you use QuickBooks Online and share documents with other people, this will make your life easier. You can upload documents and link them to customers, accounts, purchase orders, or any other type of transactions. That way you, your accountant, (or your client) can find things in exactly the places that you need them.

Here’s how it works. Simply upload a document as I’m doing here. Then choose any transactions to which it should be linked. Now when someone else views that transaction, the document is available for download.
