Purchase Orders for QuickBooks Online Edition
If you use QuickBooks Online and want to issue purchase orders, this is the solution for you.
When you create a new purchase order, all your vendors are already in OE Companion, so there is no need
for duplicate data entry. Once you create the purchase order, you can email it or save it as PDF.
OE Companion also supports a purchase order approval process, where you can require that certain
people approve purchase orders before they are sent. Once you’ve sent your PO, you can track the
shipment and estimated arrival of the items. When they arrive, simply retrieve the items into inventory.
